Gateway integrations cover two related flows for white-label products: linking physical devices to customers, and handling payments for the subscriptions that entitle those customers to response.

Device gateway

Associate a supported IoT device or panic button with a customer so the device can trigger callouts on their behalf. Once linked, a device press raises a callout through the same lifecycle as an in-app alert.

Payment gateway

For white-label applications, AURA can include a payment handler so an integrator can take payment for a subscription and have AURA activate the entitlement. Subscriptions are what gate live callouts — see Subscriptions & coverage.
