Callout tracking

Callout tracking is an AURA-hosted, real-time tracking page. You don’t have to build your own tracking UI, and it’s available to any integration that receives a tracking URL when a callout is created.

How it works

When you create a callout with initial coordinates, the response includes a hosted tracking link in the callout’s url field. Redirect the customer there for live tracking: responder location, status updates, and ETA, modelled on AURA’s own panic app.

  • The link stays valid for the life of the callout — if the customer closes it, they can return any time while the callout is active.
  • Any improvements AURA makes to the tracking experience appear automatically, with no work on your side.
