Property Protect

Property Protect connects residential, commercial, and managed-property security products to AURA Guard Response. Use it when the emergency is tied to a known property rather than a moving person.

Property Protect is built around Fixed Locations: pre-registered properties with stable references, coordinates, and response context. When an alarm or operator action requires help, your backend creates a callout against the Fixed Location and AURA dispatches to the stored address.

Integration flow

  1. Authenticate with a server token.
  2. Register or import Fixed Locations.
  3. Keep Fixed Locations reconciled with your source system.
  4. Create a Fixed Location callout when response is required.
  5. Track lifecycle updates through webhooks or polling.
  6. Cancel false alarms; review resolution reports in the AURA portal after closure.
