## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Bearer authentication of the form `Bearer <token>`, where token is your auth token.

## Servers

- `https://staging-panic.aura.services` (Staging, default)
- `https://panic.aura.services` (Production)

## Request

### Path parameters

- `customerId` (integer, required) — Customer identifier.

## Response

### 200

Successful.

- `message` (string, optional)
- `callout` (list of Callout, optional)

## Errors

### 401 Unauthorized Error

Unauthorized.

- `message` (string, optional)
- `errors` (ErrorResponseErrors, optional) — Error detail. May be a string, an array of strings, or an object (some routes return a serialized error object).

## Types

### Callout

- `id` (integer, optional)
- `status` (string, optional) — Legacy free-form status with mixed casing, returned exactly as shown. Known values are `created`, `pending`, `acknowledged`, `Responder Dispatched`, `Responder Arrived`, `Responder Completed`, `Responder Cancelled`, and `closed`. Statuses are not forward-only. Redistribution parks the callout on `pending`, then returns it to `created` when no replacement supplier was chosen, or to `Responder Dispatched` when a specific supplier was. A normal sequence can therefore include `created` → `Responder Dispatched` → `pending` → `created` → `Responder Dispatched`. Treat `created`, `pending` and `Responder Dispatched` as active and in progress; do not interpret `pending`, or a return to `created`, as a new callout or a terminal failure. `pending` is also used for a callout created with dispatch deferred.
- `cancelledByCustomer` (boolean, optional)
